	Tina Rakovan serves as Client Service Manager, overseeing all of FlightWorks Charter Services representatives. Prior to joining FlightWorks, Ms. Rakovan traveled extensively for nine years in the Woman's Royal Air Force. She has ten years experience working for one of the largest car rental companies in Europe as Customer Service Manager, Location Manager, and Sales Representative. Ms. Rakovan joined FlightWorks in 2003, bringing her customer service skills and travel experience. Ms. Rakovan was promoted from Charter Service Representative to Charter Service Manager in 2006.

	Emily Woodall brings a high level of professional customer service to FlightWorks as a Charter Service Representative.  Responsible for providing tailored service to meet the varied needs of her customers, Ms. Woodall delivers commitment, service expertise and planning proficiency.  Prior to joining FlightWorks, Ms. Woodall provided dedicated service in the home mortgage industry, acquiring increased responsibility in both sales and service.  Emily Woodall served in the U.S. Air Force; hold’s a private pilot’s license and is multi-lingual.

	Melissa Pelds joins FlightWorks as a Charter Service Representative. Ms. Pelds is responsible for building and maintaining charter client relationships by providing exceptional, personalized service and support to FlightWorks’ charter customers. Formerly with Delta Air Elite, Ms. Pelds has extensive aircraft knowledge and expertise in assisting clients with cost-effective and customized air charter bookings. With both domestic and international experience, Melissa provides dedicated service to satisfy the discerning needs of each client's point to point travel.
