Scott Beale's vision, as FlightWorks' Founder, is apparent in the company's customer-focused, dynamic operation. Under his leadership,
FlightWorks has achieved significant growth and recognition
as a leading organization within the aircraft management and
executive charter services industry. Mr. Beale’s background
includes several management positions with various aviation
companies, including the logistics department at AirNet Systems
in Columbus, Ohio. He is a licensed commercial pilot and holds
a bachelor’s degree in Business Aviation from Ohio State
University. Mr. Beale serves on the Georgia Business Aviation
Board of Directors and is active in several industry and community associations.

James Lara, president and COO of FlightWorks provides in-depth oversight of FlightWorks’ strategic initiatives. As an industry veteran with more than 25 years of extensive operations and management, Mr. Lara is leading FlightWorks closer to our customers, optimizing operational efficiencies, and guiding the company’s vision for the future. By employing new methods, ideas and tools to improve effectiveness, Mr. Lara is leading FlightWorks to the next level in aircraft charter and management excellence. Mr. Lara is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Post-graduate studies include work at prestigious institutions including Stanford, Southern Methodist, Northwestern, Thunderbird, the University of Virginia (The Darden School). He is an Airline Transport Pilot, type rated business jet captain and aircraft owner/operator with over 11,000 flight hours.

| DANIEL LUCEY |

Daniel Lucey shares responsibility for FlightWorks day-to-day operations, including strategic planning, operations, management and facilities development. With more than 15 years of industry experience and record achievements, Dan will focus on building the corporate infrastructure needed to maintain FlightWorks’ growth, while ensuring safety and service quality remains at the highest levels. Prior to joining FlightWorks, Dan led a variety of management initiatives and service developments as General Manager for the Aircraft Management Division of Flight Options, a leader in the fractional jet industry. Mr. Lucey’s background also includes senior level positions with NetJets, and Jet Select. He earned his MBA as a Leadership Scholar from Franklin University, and his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and Flight Technology with Honors at Florida Institute of Technology. He is an Airline Transport Pilot with multiple ratings and commercial and private privileges. Dan is a member of several aviation related associations and he has served as an FAA (ARC) committee member.

John Hatfield serves as Vice President & Managing Director of FlightWorks International Operations. His responsibilities include leading global operations, marketing and sales initiatives, and the internationalization of FlightWorks' current programs and services. John's career includes positions as International Captain for Chrysler Corporation on the Gulfstream IV, Fleet Standards Manager for AVOLAR, and captain with Vivendi Universal. John has previously held the positions of Chief Pilot and Director of Operations while at FlightWorks. He has accumulated over 7000 hours of accident and incident free flight experience and remains current and qualified in the Gulfstream G450. He is a standing member of the Corporate Aviation Managers Committee, Certified Aviation Managers Governing Board of the National Business Aviation Association, and an NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aircraft Systems Management from the University of North Dakota.

Cynthia Karnik serves as Vice President of Government Services for FlightWorks. Ms. Karnik’s
career includes fifteen years of senior management
experience. Ms. Karnik has an extensive background in government aviation sales and contracting. Prior to joining FlightWorks, Cynthia Karnik was Director of Government Programs & Sales at Gemini Air Cargo. Ms. Karnik is based at FlightWorks’ Manassas, VA facility, where she focuses on US and International operations for our federal, state and local government.

Bill Lewis serves as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for FlightWorks. Mr. Lewis’s
career includes twenty-five years of senior financial management
experience, primarily assisting medium-sized companies successfully
transition through periods of rapid growth and development.
Prior to joining FlightWorks, Mr. Lewis was the Director of
Finance for the online bill payment leader, CheckFree Corporation.
He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Jacksonville
University and is a certified CPA.

| RONALD E. SMITH |

Ron Smith, Vice President of Business Development,
provides strategic and operational leadership for revenue
growth, including geographic market expansion, charter sales,
block hour programs, managed aircraft opportunities and customer
service. He is responsible for key partnership development,
joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Smith brings over
22 years of accomplished sales, marketing and business development
experience. Prior to joining FlightWorks, Mr. Smith served
as VP Sales & Marketing for AFGD Industries’ where
he directed the architectural glass industry’s largest
sales organization. In addition, he served as VP Sales for
Pacesetter Steel. Mr. Smith graduated from East Tennessee
State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is
active in several industry and community organizations.
