FlightWorks is seeking a Director of Charter Sales to lead the Charter Sales Department in achieving sales and service goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated/self-driven team player with the ability to lead and motivate an industry recognized high performance team. In addition to managing the Charter team, the Director is also responsible for client and vendor relations, contract negotiations, and budget forecasting. Prior budgeting responsibility with P&L accountability and a minimum of three years of successful inside sales management experience are a must. Aviation experience is a plus.

The Director of Charter position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and is open immediately. The position is based in Kennesaw, Georgia.
