As an Owner Services Account Manager, Ms. Kozicki serves as the primary contact for many of FlightWorks’ aircraft owners. She proactively ensures that each owner is fully- involved and informed regarding their account and identifies and implements required vertical and horizontal interfaces. Prior to joining FlightWorks, Ms Kozicki served BellSouth Corporation for more than twenty years as a domestic and international Aircraft & Crew Dispatcher. Maria Kozicki earned her degree in Aircraft Management; she is an FAA licensed Aircraft Dispatcher; and, as an NBAA member, she served on the Schedulers & Dispatchers committee.

Jeff McMullen, Owner Service Account Manager, provides asset management expertise to many of FlightWorks clients. He oversees the timely and cost-effective implementation of various programs and services, while proactively keeping the client fully-involved and informed. Mr. McMullen coordinates asset utilization and monitors various financial reports. Prior to joining FlightWorks, Mr. McMullen was an International Fares Programmer for Galileo International and managed Flight Attendant Scheduling for Delta Airlines.
