Service Appreciation Awards – FlightWorks recognizes and expresses appreciation for the long-term service and dedication of its employees. The employee Service Appreciation Awards acknowledges employees for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service at FlightWorks.

Spirit of FlightWorks Award – The “Spirit of FlightWorks Award” supports FlightWorks’ strong belief that employees should share in the Company's success and be rewarded for their contributions. The award provides an opportunity to nominate and recognize fellow co-workers for outstanding performance; service above and beyond FlightWorks' expectations.
