Safety Standards

FlightWorks maintains the highest safety, maintenance and operational standards. We participate in both internal and external audits of our safety and business practices to ensure that we are compliant with all regulatory requirements; and, further, that we exceed requirements so as to sustain our exceptional safety performance. Ongoing internal and external assessments of our safety processes form a key element of the safety systems and procedures we have in place.

FlightWorks safety strategies and standards encompass four important areas:

Compliance

  • Strict adherence to all federal regulations
  • Compliance with all FAA safety requirements
  • Exceed the strict, audited requirements of the Wyvern Standard© for recommendation.
  • Maintain ARG/US "Platinum" rating awarded to operators who meet the Gold criteria and successfully pass an on-site safety audit or a Department of Defense Air Carrier Quality & Safety Inspection.

Our Corporate Culture

  • Documented safety processes and procedures
  • Ongoing safety compliance audits and assessments
  • Continual safety process improvements

FlightWorks Executive Charter > Safety

FlightWorks is known in the aviation industry for its outstanding service levels and FlightWorks is now one of the few U.S. aircraft charter and management companies to become ISO 9001:2000 certified. To earn certification, a company must implement a quality management system to include all of the company's activities such as customer interaction, hiring, training of staff, vendor management, service processes and procedures. This focus on quality is supported by leadership commitment to values, customer focus and continual improvement. Please see our Press Release for more information.
