Private Aviation is Getting Greener

As America becomes more carbon conscious, the private aviation community is following suit. Just this week Koury Aviation in Greensboro, NC became the first Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) of the region to take delivery of the new Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Each truckload of the SAF will equate to a 19 metric ton reduction in carbon emissions compared to petroleum-based jet fuel. As the technology continues to advance, our industry will rise to new heights of sustainability.
