Rose Bowl

On January 1st, the University of Georgia (“UGA”) will play in the Rose Bowl in Pasadena California. The last time UGA competed in the Rose Bowl was 75 years ago, and they defeated UCLA 9-0. This year’s Rose Bowl has more significance, because the game is part of the College Football Playoff against #2 ranked Oklahoma. Oklahoma is coming into the game with great momentum after having their Quarterback, Baker Mayfield, named this season’s Heisman Trophy winner. Number 3 ranked UGA also has some momentum going into the playoff, after winning the SEC championship for the first time since 2005. UGA’s player to look out for is their Running Back, Nick Chubb. Chubb boasts of 1175 rushing yards this season. Oklahoma’s defense could meet its match with this Running Back. Don’t miss out on the highly anticipated Rose Bowl game. Book your travel now!
