Rick Tinker
Director of Maintenance
Rick Tinker brings nearly four decades of aviation maintenance and leadership experience to FlightWorks. Beginning his career in 1985 at Robins Air Force Base as an F-15 and C-141 mechanic, Rick built a strong technical foundation that would shape a distinguished career across both military and civilian aviation. He has spent more than 20 years in Part 121 airline maintenance operations, leading large-scale line and hangar maintenance teams responsible for fleets of over 160 aircraft.
Rick also brings extensive corporate aviation experience, including leadership roles within Part 135 and Part 145 operations and time spent as a Shift Supervisor at Textron Service Center. Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical approach to problem-solving, Rick is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence for FlightWorks and its clients.
